Phil has been working in Financial Services since 1983, starting in Barclays Bank and then after becoming a fully qualified adviser in 1992, and was one of the founding partners of Aim Independent Ltd in 2000.

He is now a member of various advisory boards for the industry. On a personal note, Phil and his wife, Bronnie, will be celebrating their 30^th Wedding Anniversary in October 2022 and has three adult children.
