Tim is a fully qualified Wealth Planner with over seven years of experience across various areas of financial advice. He began his career in mortgage advice at a rural Lincolnshire office before completing his CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, enabling him to help clients achieve a wider range of financial goals.

Before entering the financial services industry, Tim spent many years working in HR and client liaison on civil engineering projects, along with roles in manufacturing and other sectors. This diverse background has given him a broad perspective and a strong understanding of client needs across different walks of life.

Tim takes great pride in building lasting relationships with his clients, working closely with them to map out their financial futures in an ethical and transparent way.

Outside of work, he is a husband, father to two older teenagers, and an enthusiastic hockey player and team captain at Rotherham Hockey Club, where his children also play (and, by his own admission, outshine him). He also umpires and volunteers for various club events. Beyond sport, Tim enjoys attending live music gigs—particularly when watching his son perform as lead guitarist in his indie-rock band.
