DAVID PRINCE

David is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (Chartered MCSI).
David joined the regulated investment industry in 2005, qualifying initially as a Stockbroker before progressing into Investment Management with Close Brothers. Over the past two decades, he has built an extensive career in wealth management, holding senior positions at firms including Brown Shipley Private Bank, Fisher Investments, and Prince Wealth Management Ltd, where he was Founder and Director.
Throughout his career, David has advised private clients, trustees, and corporates across all areas of financial planning and investment management, including retirement planning, tax-efficient structuring, portfolio construction, and long-term wealth strategy. He prides himself on building trusted, long-term client relationships and is particularly passionate about supporting individuals in vulnerable or complex financial circumstances. Alongside his client-facing work, he is an experienced mentor and coach to advisers, committed to developing talent and future leaders within the wealth management profession.
Outside of work, David is an enthusiastic pilot and is currently training towards his private pilot’s licence. He is associated with the Gnat Display Team, flying ex-military fast jets, and is a member of the Historic Aircraft Association and the Red Arrows Association. He is also actively involved with local charities, raising money for the Air Ambulance and is also a member of the Royal Air Force Club. Following a serious road traffic accident in 2021, he spends a lot of time strength training in the gym and always with his Labrador retriever by his side. David enjoys rugby, clay shooting, skiing, historic aircraft preservation, keeping fit and spending time with family and friends.
