As at 29th September 2022, 72.09% of the issued share capital of the Company was considered not in public hands.

There are no restrictions on the transfer of Kingswood’s AIM securities.

Kingswood has not applied or agreed to have any of its securities admitted or traded on any other exchange or trading platform. The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
